With over 15 years of experience across project management, finance, event planning, and relationship management, Heather brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to the DFMi team. Her background includes leadership roles in various management companies, where she developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and customer service.

At DFMi, Heather oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and leads key initiatives in business development, supplier relations, sales support, new account setup, and product implementation. She ensures a smooth transition from concept to execution, driving efficiency and success across all departments.

Heather resides in Atlanta with her three children.
