Kim's Chocolates at WTCE 2017

At the most recent WTCE, DFMi partnered with Kim's Chocolates to showcase their latest product offerings for the airline industry. They offered samples of single wrapped chocolates and truffles, custom 1 piece and 2 piece elegant truffle boxes; filled chocolate bars ideal for snack baskets, and signature hand decorated assorted dark and milk chocolates, boxed for easy handling for Premium Class service.

WTCE is the leading global event for the travel catering, onboard retail and passenger comfort industries. Showcasing the latest onboard products and services to an international audience of airline buyers and rail operators.

Held annually in Hamburg, the show attracts over 300 exhibitors and 1,900 visitors.

Winter Fancy Food Show Trends

The Winter Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food trade event on the West Coast. Held on January 22-24, 2017, the event showcased industry innovation and allowed specialty food's top manufacturers, buyers and thought leaders to gather and enjoy the top trends for 2017 and beyond.  With over 80,000 products on display from 1,400 companies, creativity and new tastes surrounded the 33,000 industry professionals and tastemakers!

The overall theme for this year's show was an increased demand for authenticity, transparency and premium quality.  Consumers want food with cleaner ingredients, minimally processed, but still packs a punch with flavor!
