DFMi Bids Fond Farewell To VP, Jody Jones

DFMi has amassed significant success since its humble beginnings in 1987 as D&F Marketing, Inc. Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, the company is also bidding a fond farewell to one of its colleagues that has played an integral role in its growth and success.

Jody Jones, Vice President, Operations & Business Development, at DFMi, has been with the company for 32 years. Jones joined the company as Administrative Assistant and through her hard work and reputation, soared through the ranks to her role as VP. After a long and admirable career, Jones is moving on to an exciting chapter with her husband of 54 years, two adult children and five grandchildren: Retirement.

As the company prepares for her departure, PAX International sat down for a Q&A with Graham Felton, CEO and Owner of DFMi. He shares some of his fondest memories since hiring Jones in 1991, along with her greatest accomplishments at DFMi.

DFMi promotes Ceasar Brown to Senior Vice President

DFMi is pleased to announce Ceasar Brown’s promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Strategies (February 2023). Ceasar joined the company in August of 2018 and was instrumental in leading the sales team to a stellar year in 2019 and into Q1 of 2020, increasing revenue to levels unprecedented in the history of the company. Faced with the challenges, and the impact of Covid, Ceasar also worked diligently with the DFMi management team to seek out new business opportunities, as well as adjust operationally to adapt to the ever-changing environment of the airline industry. As DFMi continues to move forward and advance their global presence and opportunities, Ceasar will be responsible for global sales and strategic planning of the company’s growth.
